Job Description
· Managing the operational processes within internal teams (Sales, Projects, Finance, Legal and other areas as applicable) to ensure quality service to customers.
· Regularly monitoring the project progress and keep customers updated on the same. Managing the process and ensuring that accurate demand notes are raised as per schedule in the agreement and project completion status.
· Appropriate follow up with clients / bankers to collect payments as per schedule handling and escalations or matters that may require intervention from management.
· Following complete process and protocols to liaise with the Projects team for any modifications / changes requested by clients and getting the units delivered. Also ensured to collect additional charges for modifications.
· Reviewing and ensuring the Agreements / Sale deeds are processed. Also ensure all the sale deeds are vetted by Legal, Finance before execution.
· Ensuring to send weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual reports and presentations on time. Also reviewing Project cash flow/ collections dues and adhering to the time lines to collect the same.
· Processing booking forms, executing and verifying agreements and other documents. Timely feedbacks from the customers to be communicated to Management to ensure smooth flow and for better relationship.
· Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
· Assisting customers on allotment of Flats, Registration, Cancellation, Bank Loan Issues, Transfer of Deeds, Bank Loan processing of document.
· Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. Planned wow moments executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession.
· Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements.

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
