What is the Debt Collector role?
Internally known as a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be the front line of our debt collection business playing a key role across the business. Working accounts by negotiating and providing support to customers, you’ll need to find a sustainable way to resolve their financial problems. You'll be a problem solver, so if you're curious and motivated to find answers, this job's for you!
What's in it for you?
You don’t need prior collections experience and could be currently working in retail, telemarketing, call centers, sales, hospitality or trades. Training will prepare you for your new role, with additional support in a learning environment after the first 4 weeks. If you're resilient, understanding and able to overcome objections we'd love to hear from you.
4 week paid training – you will be well-equipped to launch your career at Credit Corp.
$17.50 an hour to start plus uncapped bonus system
No weekends! Schedule M - F, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
