• Universal Banker I: No prior experience required, but previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Universal Banker II: Minimum 6 months of prior bank experience performing teller or personal banker duties, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Universal Banker III: Minimum 2 years of prior bank experience performing teller or personal banker duties for external candidates, or minimum 1 year of prior bank experience performing teller or personal banker duties for internal candidates.
