We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients across India. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact. • Understand clients needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients. • Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide exceptional customer service. Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to travel as required. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
