• Customer Relationship Executive
We are looking for a Customer Call Service Representative to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in any way possible. He / She will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting customer satisfaction.
• Job Description:
Customer Relationship Executive assume responsibility for the client’s call and serve as the sole point of contact for all the questions regarding House Construction process. This includes providing the client with information on the anticipated time of resolution to regularly provide updates on the status of the task. Additionally, He or She take note of any feedback from the customer that could improve their experience and pass it to management representatives. Additional responsibilities of a customer call service representative include the following:
1. Escalate complaints to the appropriate internal teams and if the issue goes outside their immediate area of responsibility
Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients
2. Gather and analyse client data to identify possible products or services to recommend to management
3. Provide appropriate solutions and substitutes within the timeframes specified, and follow up to ensure resolution, confidence good listener etc.
4. Maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork as and when necessary.
5. Follow communication protocols, rules, and policies.
• Interview Process
First Round : Telephonic
Second Round : Face 2 Face
• Qualifications: Graduate from any University with min 6 months - 2 Yrs experience in providing customer services for real estate. He / She should be fluent in Hindi and English speaking and writing. Computer knowledge is essential.
• Salary: Rs 10000/- to 14000/- Per Month
