Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer retention rates and minimize churn.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted point of contact for their queries, issues, and feedback.
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolution of any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing customer retention strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Customer Retention Specialist in the BPO industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and retaining customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
