SHOPLC OVERVIEW:

A subsidiary of VGL, Shop LC was established in Austin, TX in 2007 and is now broadcasting live to 75-million homes in US. Our growing eCom presence is through our website https://www.shoplc.com/. Shop LC, US employs approx. 550 people in operations such as warehousing, customer service, merchandising, marketing, eCom, Marketplaces, Live Studio. Overview:

As part of the Customer Experience Team this role is responsible for assisting in the delivery of the customer retention strategy. You will need to constantly find new ways to reach your target audiences, retain and win back customers for both the TV, digital and web business. You will have a customer centric approach that will continue the TJC Omni-channel journey.

You will have a pivotal role in one of the business’ newest and exciting departments, assisting a customer transformation that will has the potential for a profound effect on the entire business. In return you will develop a wide range of digital and traditional direct customer marketing skills as well as developing your core management and leadership skills.

Role and responsibilities:

Work within the Customer Experience function of the business overseeing an Omni-channel customer experience and retention strategy
Work closely with the TV, marketing and digital teams to execute the customer strategy
Lead the work in building out the CRM strategy ultimately to initiatives such as the TJC loyalty programme
Analysing customer behaviours and recommending actions to take to drive customer retention, recency, frequency and value
Composing and managing campaigns in market leading tools such as Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Klaviyo as well as desk top tools such as MS Excel
Analysis and reporting of customer activity and recommendation for improvements
Management of budgets and ROI
Core skills will include:

Analytical thinker. Processes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures.
Understanding and application of statistical models, such as regression analysis, in marketing
An ambitious, energetic self-starter.
Up for a challenge and ready to deal with the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of a TV business.
Takes responsibility and initiative for actions, projects and people.
Qualifications and Experience:

Must have strong MS Excel skills
SQL and / or R
Good written and verbal communication skills
Work Location: Sitapura, Jaipur (Rajasthan)
