The company boasts a strong distribution network with the ability to deliver 6 days a week, offering next day delivery where possible. Serving a wide range of clients from small independent shops to large wholesalers and high street brands, On The Rocks provides a multi-temperature supply chain for full product consolidation on deliveries.
Role Description
This is a full-time field based (hybrid) role for a Customer Sales executive at On The Rocks in Birmingham/London office, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Sales executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, analyzing data, providing customer support, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

• Experience in the wholesale or distribution industry is a plus
