Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Ad Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of our advertising products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the advertising sector.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored advertising solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to promote TruAd and expand your professional network.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in advertising sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms is a plus.

Probation salary - 1/2 of the salary
