As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting and selling products or services, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications • Prior experience in customer service or sales roles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills • Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets • Good organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools • Highly motivated and result-oriented • Fluency in English and Hindi • Knowledge of the product or industry is a plus
