JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to medical representatives and dentists to understand their requirements, focusing on upselling products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a crucial member of our sales force, you will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound sales calls daily to medical representatives and dentists, explaining the products, gaining insights, and trying to generate sales.
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with medical representatives and dentists through effective communication, active listening, and a consultative approach.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and upsell additional items to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and differentiate them in the market.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment. Experience with upselling and retention strategies is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with customers effectively.
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently to achieve sales targets.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A passion for the oral hygiene industry is a plus, as it will contribute to your ability to connect with customers and promote our products effectively.
