As a Customer Sales Superstar, you will play a crucial role in our customer service and sales operations. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with client inquiries, processing applications, and effectively selling our premium services.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving and exceeding sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Engaging in inbound and outbound calling with very warm leads (no cold calling)
Assisting clients promptly and courteously via phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and updating client information
Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
