This role involves managing inbound leads, responding to customer inquiries, and performing outbound calls to generate and convert leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and goal-oriented approach.
Shift Timings:
US/Night Shift.
Open to rotational shifts within a designated work window of 5 PM to 10 AM, five days a week.
