As a Customer Security Agent at Hertz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and checking out customers as they leave our location, confirming vehicle numbers match rental contracts.
• Directing traffic and assisting with the smooth flow of vehicles.
• Utilizing a handheld device to scan vehicle numbers.
• Engaging with customers professionally and courteously.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions and standing for extended periods.
Educational Background:
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Professional Experience:
Experience in customer service for 6 months to 1 year is required.
General Requirements:
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous demeanor towards customers.
• Professional appearance and grooming are essential for this role.
