Job Purpose
Responsible for retention of customers by providing best services and achieving new customer acquisition.
Key Accountabilities
1. Deepening, Retention of customers across all products by providing best services, which is measurable through increase in ETB Book balance movement and achieving of new customer acquisition.
2. Sourcing of asset products including JDL renewal & NTB and other asset products.
3. Term Deposit book growth - incremental and NTB.
4. Increase of Fee Income by Forex fee income and cross selling of TPP.
5. Digital onboarding of customers
Job Duties & responsibilities
1. AML/KYC/RE-KYC & Other operational & compliance adherence
2. Ensure timely completion of training modules assigned.
3. Ensure complaints are responded to and addressed in a timely manner.
4. Handling of inventories, secured stationaries, customer deliverables as per process and ensure its stored in dual custody.
5. Compliance to audit observations
