Position Details

The Customer Service/Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the success of Davis Door. Being the central contact for customer communication, this role supports the department to meet its goal of excellent customer service. Whether you are taking information for a service, assisting the customer with their issue, or following up on the billing after the service is completed, our number one goal is that our customer has a positive experience.

At Davis Door Service, the staff is passionate, team oriented, and works together to ensure our customers have a positive experience. This in-person position requires a person who can be a pro-active and collaborative team member with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. We are looking for someone who can learn and retain how our processes work and is willing to collaborate to improve processes.

Primary Duties

- First point of contact on incoming calls, customer service requests, and emails.

- Create new service calls and estimate requests, as well as verify customer details.

- Contacting customers via phone and email to gather information, follow up on jobs, and to confirm appointments.

- Manage the group email and follow up ensure prompt responses.

- Following up with customers in regards to payment.

- Keeping service and customer information current and updated.

- Serve as a backup to the coordinators as needed.

- Support the division on misc. projects or tasks.

- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills Required

- Excellent customer service skills both on phone, emails, and in person

- Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and interact with a variety of staff

- A sense of personal responsibility, and a passion for the success of the business

- Detail oriented

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks

- Ability to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

- Type 50 wmp
• A pre-employment drug test and background check will be required.

This is a full time position Monday-Friday during business hours. Davis Door Service provides a generous medical, dental, vision and 401k plan. We offer paid holidays, as well as paid time off. In addition, there is an annual bonus, as well as company provided events and tickets to sports events.

Reporting Relationships

Davis Door Service is one company with multiple branches. This structure allows us to serve our customers effectively and responsively. The Customer Service/Administrative Coordinator reports to the Pedestrian Team Lead as well as the Pedestrian Division Manager.

This position requires English fluency as our customer base is predominately English-speaking.
