Customer Service Administrator

Location: Botany, New South Wales

Responsible for processing all sales orders, enquires, reporting and communication to all customers including internal and external clients.

• Enter customer orders and perform associated admin tasks

• Asset management and control

• Identify process gaps and collaborate with line manager to drive improvement

• Report generation for internal stakeholders

• Maintain data integrity including customer details

• Maintain accurate records and databases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administration or a similar customer service role.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Supporting with ad-hoc administration and office coordination
