Job Opening: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice)
• Location: Jaipur
• Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Dual Week Offs)
• Relocation Bonus: Available after 3 months of employment for outstation candidates

• Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.
• Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using computers and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Undergrad with experience and Grad freshers can also apply.
