customer satisfaction and be able to persuade people to buy products or services.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Answers Inbound customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding
service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
Polite and customer service oriented
Able to understand the query and provide feasible solution
Willingness to work in different shifts – it will be a + hour shift with 1 hour break.
Transport boundary - within 30 kms from office premises. (Transport will be provided for the
shift starting in the early morning and ending by late night)
Flexible to work on Saturday and Sunday and there would be 1 week off on any of the days.
Job Role includes assisting customers on the below. You will be provided adequate training on
the below.
1. Helping customers on general queries related to bank products like deposits, NEFT/RTGS
transfers
2. Account related queries like balance check, cheque book enquiry etc.
3. Grievance management related to account or any products of the bank
4. Assist customers on digital banking services of the bank
5. Assist on issues related to debit and credit cards.
6. ATM related issues
7. And other banking related services
