Job description:
· Expertise in Reservations, Fares, Routings, Client handling, e- Ticketing.
· To Record all the Documents the candidate Has Provided.
· Help candidates with their accommodation.
· Stay educated on airline rules, regulations.
· Help candidates for competency tests.
· Track the Progress of candidates Visa.
· Keeping candidate Up to Date with Their Visa Progress.
· Quarterly Reviewing all candidate Cases to Ensure all Applications are Being Processed.
· Maintaining all Client Communication and Record all Information in Crm.
· Follow up and maintain relation with Candidates.
Required candidate skills:
· Willing to work from the office.
· Self -Motivated. Enthusiastic. Team Player. Flexible. Oral and written communication skills. Time-management skills.
· Ability to interact, communicate effectively.
· Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
· Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
