We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service & Parts Advisor to join our friendly team at Fuso Adelaide. This is a rare entry-level opportunity for someone who’s ready to build a rewarding career within the automotive industry. You’ll play a vital support role across Service and Parts operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily workflows.
As a valued team member, you’ll provide frontline customer support and administrative assistance to our busy dealership. No two days are the same — you’ll interact with customers, coordinate service bookings, process stock, and learn the ropes within both Service and Parts departments.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answering phone calls and greeting customers in a professional manner
Triaging and resolving enquiries, escalating when needed
Completing basic parts interpretation and assisting with job bookings
Taking vehicle photos and maintaining accurate records
Processing receipts, invoices, and stock orders
Checking off incoming parts and putting stock away
Providing general administrative support to the Service and Parts teams
About You
A quick learner with strong attention to detail
Confident communication and customer service skills
Computer savvy, with strong data entry abilities and good attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Motivation to grow within the automotive industry
