We're a specialist insurer, covering bike insurance, home insurance and sports travel insurance - and we're looking for a part-time customer service assistant to join our friendly team.

The opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers—handling queries, quotes, sales and renewals across Home & Bike and Bike & Travel. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role at our Ewenny (Bridgend) office.
What you’ll do
Customer care: Manage calls, emails and webchat, resolving queries with warmth, accuracy and pace.
Quotes, sales & renewals: Provide clear, compliant information; generate quotes; convert opportunities; process renewals.
Policy administration: Issue documentation, process MTAs, take payments and maintain accurate records.
Retention & upsell: Identify customer needs and recommend the right cover.
Quality & compliance: Follow FCA, TCF and vulnerable‑customer best practice; adhere to internal procedures.
Collaboration: Share knowledge across Customer Service and Sales to ensure a seamless journey.
Continuous improvement: Suggest ideas to refine processes and enhance the customer experience.
What you’ll bring
Customer service experience (insurance, financial services or contact‑centre experience is a plus).
Confident communication with excellent listening skills and a calm, solution‑focused approach.
Strong attention to detail; comfortable using CRM, telephony, email and webchat.
A collaborative, dependable, eager‑to‑learn mindset.
An interest in cycling, travel or active lifestyles is welcome (not essential).
