Job description
Acts as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, managing the vehicle repair process from intake to delivery. They greet customers, diagnose vehicle issues, prepare detailed repair orders/estimates, and update customers on status, aiming to maximize satisfaction and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, listening to concerns, and explaining technical repairs in simple terms.
• Workflow Management: Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Estimation & Documentation: Developing accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, and creating detailed repair orders.
• Sales & Upselling: Recommending necessary maintenance services and upselling additional services to meet dealership goals.
• Quality Control: Verifying that work performed meets company standards and reviewing the final invoice with the customer.
