Job description, work day and responsibilities

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Following company policies effectively and communicating with customers in a professional and effective manner
Responding promptly to customer inquiries using the tools and dialog scripts and templates provided.
Communicating with customers through various channels that are designed to be fast, effective, and efficient.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and escalating them only when necessary
Learning and knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions in an orderly and timely fashion
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from clients and working with the technical team to have them executed properly
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Maintaining communication with customers on the company software and keeping all records of all information within the company software and ecosystem
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Go the extra mile to engage customers and make sure they are satisfied and appreciate them.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
