This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Noida at CareerFly. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on the platform.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
