The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing outstanding support and assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assisting with the processing of customer sales inquiries, quotes, renewals, and policy modifications.
Collaborating with our accounting team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Contributing to a positive and efficient office environment.
General office admin duties.
This position is available in either our Sydney or Gold Coast offices.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented setting.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel.
Knowledge of boats and/or insurance is a plus but not essential.
