With bases in Bethel, Emmonak, Dillingham, King Salmon, Cold Bay, Dutch Harbor, Kenai, and Anchorage, Grant Aviation provides scheduled air transport of passengers, cargo, and mail, as well as air ambulance and charter service. Grant Aviation employs approximately 360 people.

Position: Customer Service Agent Lead
Life On The Job
This position is a rotational, year-round based in King Salmon, AK
In the role of Customer Service Agent Lead, you will oversee and support the customer service agents (CSAs) to carry out all functions of the ticketing counters including managing and booking reservations for passengers, luggage, and cargo, processing payments, performing data input, generating reports, and resolving customer service issues. This is a public facing role that interacts with large volumes of customers in person, over the phone, or by email. Strong leadership skills are key in this role as you will help guide, motivate, and train up your team.

This Role Requires
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
• Ability to perform tasks within parameters specified by various regulatory agencies.
