Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities:
• First level helpdesk to respond to complaints or queries at service centre
• Provide first level resolution or advice on issues to CCS subscribers who will visit the service centre
• Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all feedback/complaint.
• Responsibilities are focused on sales and customer contact.
• To handle simple sale enquiries for IoT (Smart home) solutions and IAQ (Air purifiers etc.) solution.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum O Level education.
• Able to multi-task while assisting customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable in facing the public
• 1 year of customer service experience will be preferred
• Some engineering knowledge will be preferred
• 44 hours per week, able to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holiday
• This position is 1 year renewable contract, position is open for conversion subject to performance.
