Job Description
Good communication Skills. Fluent in English and Hindi.
Experience 6 months to 1 year
Understand Customer needs and requirements and help resolve queries raised.
Understand the Product and troubleshoot accordingly to solve queries over Call, Email &
Chat.
Must have used CRM.
There are 2 shifts in the process i.e. 7am to 4 pm & 1pm to 10 pm. (Must be ok with the shift)
