What you'll be doing?
Meeting and greeting customers from all over the world
Working within a team to assist the Branch Manager in providing a seamless customer experience by delivering best practice service standards for vehicle rentals and providing consistency across branch operations.
Customer Service - Dispatching and returning rental motorhomes and campervans - including providing demonstrations to our customers on the operational features of our campervans.
Vehicle Detailing – Interior and exterior campervan and motorhome detailing
Campervan linen laundry – pitching in with the team to process laundry on site
Driving sales – rentals, excess reduction, and ancillary sales.
Conducting pre-hire vehicle basic safety inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard and in a roadworthy condition (training provided)
Working within a team to ensure the branch is always clean and tidy.
Liaising effectively with external service providers
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in delivering exceptional face to face customer service
A desire for a hands-on role in the Tourism or Rental Vehicle Industry
Rental car and campervan experience preferred (but not essential)
Proven sales experience is desirable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic workplace and remain calm under pressure
Impeccable attention to detail
Proven conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills
Great computer skills to operate our Rental Reservation System and Office Products.
Ability to establish and maintain supplier & service centre relationships
Experience with minor domestic car/campervan repairs
Vehicle detailing experience is desirable
A full driver’s licence
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
