Campsites.co.uk is a friendly, fast-growing travel website located just around the corner from Haywards Heath mainline railway station. Think of us as a Booking.com equivalent for camping and glamping.
Our mission is to inspire people to get outdoors more often and feel more adventurous. This year, something like 15m people will use our website.

The role
We’re looking for someone to help us achieve high levels of customer service – so good that people tell their friends about us.
Working remotely during evenings and weekends, you’ll be both campsite and camper facing, acting as a first point of contact via email, phone and live chat, supporting the rest of the team and delivering an excellent standard of service to all.
You’ll really care about getting people the right result, be friendly to your core, and have bags of empathy.
You’ll also be part of the administrative glue that holds the team together in a variety of ways.
Responsibilities
• Answering and routing inbound calls, emails and other contacts
• Assisting both campsites and campers with booking related questions and issues
• Providing all-rounder support and cover for the rest of the team
• Various projects and administrative tasks as necessary
Attributes
• Self-motivated people-person, with an enthusiastic can-do attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organised, deadline aware and willing to roll your sleeves up and take responsibility
• Friendly, with good empathy and a customer-driven service ethic
• Great written communication skills
• Experience in the travel sector a bonus
Package
This is a part-time, job-share role, providing cover during weekday evenings and at weekends. Hours are somewhat seasonal, with 15-25 hours available each week between May and September and the potential for regular ongoing work beyond that.
A competitive hourly rate of £12.82 is available, plus pro rata company bonus and 5% pension contribution
