We are hiring International Customer Support & Sales Executives for our growing global team in Jaipur.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll help international customers with their questions and also recommend the right products/services to them. The job includes support + sales (upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales).

Job Title: International Customer Support & Sales Executive
Process: Chat + Voice (Support + Sales)
Mode: Work From Office
Location: Jaipur
Salary:
• Freshers: ₹33,000/month
• Experienced (1+ year): ₹40,000/month + performance incentives
Shifts: International (rotational)
Education: Graduates only (mandatory)
What You'll Be Doing
• Respond to customer queries through chat and calls
• Understand customer needs and explain products clearly
• Suggest suitable plans/services and close sales
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and quality in communication
• Work towards monthly targets with the support of the team
• Handle customer experience end-to-end
Who We're Looking For
• Graduates from any state or city in India
• Candidates with strong English communication (spoken + written)
• People who are confident, motivated, and comfortable with sales
• Freshers who want to start a career in international customer support
• Experienced applicants from BPO, customer service, or sales backgrounds
• Candidates who are ready to relocate to Jaipur for work
