Groupe Marketing International is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Customer Service and Validation Agent.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by responding via phone and email according to established standards;

Identify and understand customer needs in order to effectively respond to their questions;

Validate documents, ensuring that the information is accurate and complete;

Complete forms, logs, and prepare activity reports;

Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries;

Maintain positive relationships with clients;

Conclude interactions by ensuring customer satisfaction;

Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements and Skills:

College diploma;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or in customer service;

Analytical and problem-solving skills;

Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office);

Bilingualism;

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;

Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Compensation:

18,00$ per hour + night shift bonus (1.50$/h)

Monday to Friday
