The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and competent in responding to customer messages and issues through all our selling channels with an adequate speed as their is a time limit to adhere to. Other duties include creating and printing shipping labels, answering customer calls and ensuring all customer orders are dispatched within the timeframe required.
Required:
- Adequate quality and speed in typing
- Adequate use of Office (Excel, Word etc)
Customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency of English is a must
Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
