About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience. You will assist with day-to-day store operations including customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Operate checkout registers and handle cash transactions
Refill and rotate stock on shelves
Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
Assist customers with enquiries and product locations
Support the team with deliveries and stock handling
Follow store policies and safety procedures
Skills & Experience
Previous retail or supermarket experience preferred but not essential
Friendly, positive and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable and punctual
Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
