Key responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or related field
