In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering inquiries.

Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to promote a welcoming environment.

Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Assistance with basic packaging procedures from time to time
