URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR "CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE"
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Overview:
• Handling customer queries.
• Giving product and service knowledge to the customer, taking/canceling orders, and recording details of complaints.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization.
Skills Required: Good Communication skills is required.
Qualification: H.S. (12TH) pass or Any Graduate.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹12,000.00 ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
