Responsibilities
What you will do:
• Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders
• Assist customer with product selection, answer basic questions and suggest various products options that are available.
• Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing systems
• Monitoring and tracking orders for all accounts
• Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organisation to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Qualifications
What you need to have:
Bachelors' Degree or relevant work experience in E-commerce Customer success team
2-3+ Years of experience in Customer Success/E-commerce
Skilled in MS Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
