Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Caller, located in Mumbai. The Telesales Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to educate clients about available loan products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options, reaching sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and updating customer information in the database. The role includes promoting products and services, processing orders, and following up on leads.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred
