Job Description
1. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be the face of our company, first point of contact to clients and representing us to our valued clientele.
2. You will be responsible for coordinating between different departments of the company- primarily between sales, production and the customer.
3. With reference to the above you will be required to make daily /weekly/ monthly reports-
4. Keep management informed by submitting online/offline activity and results reports, such as daily call reports ,weekly work plans and other reports related to marketing activity as and when needed.
5. You will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email or in-person.
6. You will also be responsible for managing all customer related inquiries that come into the company, responding to customer queries and feedback in a timely manner.
7. Managing the company's social media accounts.
8. Maintain a clean and organized desk area, ensuring a professional image of the company's office.
+. Manage all front office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail.
10. Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that stocks are replenished when necessary.
11. Assist the team with any other necessary tasks and duties as assigned.
12. To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and prioritize, and possess a keen attention to detail.
Requirements for the job:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, front office operations, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and engage with customers and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills.
