We are looking for several new team members to join our inbound call center family. We want candidates that are passionate about helping others and have a desire to join a company that lives by a value system of love (a genuine concern for others), trust, respect, a commitment to excellence, and fun. We have a comprehensive training program to assist our associates in their career growth.
Job duties may include: handling a variety of customer inquiries regarding checking, savings, certificates of deposit (regular and IRA), debit cards, online banking issues, equity and mortgage service inquiries, as well as opening deposit accounts over the phone. Responsibilities may vary based upon the skills of the associate. These are full-time, first shift positions at our Customer Care Strongsville location, 180+4 Royalton Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44136. Hours are 8:20am – 5:00pm M-TH, 8:20am – 6:00pm FRI and 8:20am – 1:30pm SAT. Position will require rotation of Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a call center environment
• Ability to understand and explain financial information over the phone and via email
• Listening to our customers to understand their needs and ask for the business
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills working with customers
• Ability to work in multiple systems with strong PC skills, including: Word and Excel
• Experience with online banking enrollment and troubleshooting, deposit, equity lines of credit and mortgage loan terminology a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bi-lingual language skills are a plus
