Rotating Roster - 7am - 7pm

We have an exciting opportunity with a well-established Australian organisation based in Belmont WA, offering flexible hybrid work options. We are looking for dedicated contractors to join our team on a temporary basis, working a rotating roster from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts available at overtime rates, totaling 40 hours per week.

Role Overview: Customer Service Officers/Call Centre Operators

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are organised, customer-focused, and driven. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center, adapting to changing priorities while meeting individual and team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls (non-sales), gathering necessary information and taking appropriate actions.

Perform administrative tasks to support high-quality service delivery.

Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Handle customer data confidentially and responsibly.

Keep accurate records and update databases within our systems.

Qualifications:

As the first point of contact for the department, it’s vital that you deliver exceptional customer service at all times

2-3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a large organisation is a plus, but not required.

High level of professionalism and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.

Strong email etiquette and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Tech-savvy skills are essential.
