Customer Service - Booking Confirmation
We are searching for an Freshers at our MSC India - Mumbai facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Once BL created, insert charges as per RA number updated in MBL and as per Rates fetched from TMS/Contract.
Update local charges as applicable.
Coordinate with Customer/ CSU/CC team for new shipper code as per query received from Docs team.
Co-ordinate with CSU team for Freight pending BL query to meet DTX deadline.
Ensure to complete manifest for AMS Filing service.
Ensure country specific requirements are followed
Ensure to manifest correct invoicing party code as per SOP
Ensure Accessorial charges applicable at ORIGIN/FREIGHT/Destination are followed
Manifest service contract rates for FAK/Named account.
