Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Update and maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide information on products/services and address billing, technical, or general inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations promptly.
Skills Required:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (5 days a week).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage rotational shifts.
