Passport Auto Group Headquartered in Marlow Heights, MD, is one of the largest volume dealership groups in the Washington Metro area. We are looking to hire full time Customer Service associates to coordinate service appointments with all of our dealerships. Internet and Computer skills necessary. Previous customer and service sales prefered but not necessary. Saturday hours are required. We have built a new state of the art facility with the latest technology to maintain contact and increase customer satisfaction with our customers. You will report to upper management in this position.
Job Requirements
• Answering phone calls for all of our service departments.
• Able to multi task with phone skills as well as instant messaging.
• Able to precisely route phone calls and messages to correct recipients.
• Excellent verbal skills
• Inbound and outbound phone skills
