Customer Service Call Center Representative
Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: New York, New York
Duties:
• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, and make overhead announcements.
• Other assignments as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Skills:
• 1 year of experience.
• Bilingual:Spanish Preferred
• Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• 1 yr of Call Center
• Payroll and Timekeeping experience required
Education:
• High School Diploma /GED.
Schedule Notes:
• Onsite either.
• 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST

• 8.00

• 40.00

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
