Role Purpose:
Be the friendly face and guiding hand for customers exploring our range of motorhomes, campervans, and caravans. Your mission is to make every interaction memorable, building genuine relationships and ensuring each customer enjoys a seamless, rewarding journey from their first visit through to their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
Strive to meet and exceed sales targets for all RV products, with customer satisfaction as your top priority.
Engage customers using modern sales techniques—listen closely, understand their travel dreams, and help them find the perfect fit, all while maintaining ethical standards.
Proactively reach out and follow up on sales leads using our CRM and other channels, making every customer feel valued and supported.
Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date, so you can provide tailored service and build lasting connections.
Ensure our sales yard and trade show displays always look their best—welcoming, tidy, and ready to inspire adventure.
Manage the handover and sale of ex-rental vehicles with care, ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
Champion workplace health and safety, creating a safe, enjoyable environment for both our customers and team.
Expertise Required
Outstanding sales, CRM, and customer service skills, along with clear communication and strong organisation.
Technical know-how about motor vehicles and RVs. Familiarity with Apollo brands is a big plus.
A passion for the RV lifestyle—keen to share tips, stories, and excitement with customers.
Commitment
Act with integrity in every situation. Consult with your manager whenever needed and stay flexible as the business grows and changes. Above all, always put the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.

Full driver’s licence and a clean driving record
Good communication and presentation skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
