Our goal in AA Motoring is that Members and customers will come to the AA as their first choice for all their vehicle service needs and advice.
We currently have a full time opportunity in our Mt Roskill Auto Centre.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Handle all telephone enquiries and bookings
Co-ordinate and monitor Vehicle Inspection and Service and Repair bookings
Refer, promote and sell products and services
Process driver and vehicle-related transactions
Ensure all data required is entered into AA computer systems accurately

Good organisational skills
Great attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge and keyboard skills
Previous experience in customer service or sales environment
