About the Role
Christmas Casual Position - Minimum 15-25 hours per week
As a Customer Service Consultant, you have a genuine customer centric attitude with previous experience in providing high quality customer service and attention to detail. We are looking for an individual with a fun, upbeat passion for the liquor industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While this is a casual role over our busy period, we are always on the lookout for the next superstars to join our team on a more permanent basis!

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
Manning our incoming chat queues, with the expectation of taking no more than two at once to ensure our customer satisfaction is always exceptional
Delivering memorable customer experiences and driving positive outcomes for our customers
You will be the first friendly contact with our customers. You will help them out with everything from tracking deliveries and processing orders to sorting out website glitches, pricing queries, and any refund or cancellation needs and more - no two days are the same!
You will be a bit of a detective, using our systems to obtain outcomes for our customers.
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home, all while being part of an awesome and supportive team!
What do we need from you
Now let’s talk about you:
Based in NSW and available for a full week of training in the Surry Hills office
Available between 9am & 9pm Mon-Sat, 10am-8pm Sun, and free to work at least 15-25 hours across these times
Great with computers and pick up new systems with ease
Have a fast & reliable internet connection (We work from home!)
